M & M and M&S... (work it out)

ON AIR AIRSHIFTS  

Daily lunchtime radio shows on the Immedia satellite network for their Marks and Spenser (M&S) channel are now part of my daily routine and the short working day makes up for the long commutes. Scarily, this means that I commute for as long as I work so thank God I don't work an 8-hour day!
UP THE JUNCTION

The 4 hours I spend every day on the Motorways between home and Newbury are enjoyable, provided I've got some decent soulful house on the CD and no prangs on the M5 and M4 to contend with. I also spend regular evenings at  live music gigs and other related goings-on as part of what I do for our BCFM radio project in the Bristol area.

THE COUPLE-TO-BE

WEDDING BELLS (BUT WITHOUT ME)

This was about to be another long trip for me but alas... My youngest brother Cade is off for his wedding in Columbia later this year and I was going too. Even bought the tickets. Then I got this new radio job and can't get away. It's just WRONG! And there are no refunds on the tickets either so that's been a BIG hit on the wallet. Oh well. At least I tried.
